As construction professionals the first thing we noticed was the lack of building skills and absence of health and safety standards. I am in the process of designing training programmes to address these shortages which I will be presenting to the WDA. Perhaps you'd like to get together to discuss ideas. I am proud of their collective efforts to better them selves and pass on a legacy to their children. The resources can be available from some crazy Americans that want to walk along side of them in this quest for a better Christ centered nation. Their children will look back at what they have done and be a better natin/family for the changes that will come from the hardwork and initiative of her people.
